Ok, I'm a convicted Chomperholic. He's my favorite character so I like to talk about him a lot. LBT opened up a nest of Stinging Buzzers by bringing him in and now we have to wonder about his future.
However, nice or not, the Great Valley may not believe it that he'd always be nice. They have to wonder, as he stays there and time goes by.
- When he reaches a certain age, will he snap and eat one of their own?
- Even if he leaves on his own, deciding that he cannot avoid hunting Leaf Eaters, the Great Valley residents would know what he is going out into the Mysterious Beyond to do: kill their own kind.
Not that Chomper would fall into the two above scenarios, but to think all of the Great Valley trust Chomper as much as Littlefoot is to be very naive. Thus, some may think, he's a risk to Leaf-Eater kind and should be killed in his sleep.
