Tall Stepper is a mute mythological Longneck, who appears in "The Legend of the Story Speakers" in a story told by Saro to pass the time for him, Littlefoot, and Chomper to be rescued.
History[]
One day while playing with his sister, she was captured by The Wind and taken to a cave on top of a mountain. He journeyed all the way up the mountain to save his sister. When he made it there, the wind told him that he had to beat it in a race down the mountain to free her. He beat the wind and saved his sister.
After saving his sister, they grew up, and Tall Stepper went on to become the leader of a herd.
