What type is Rhett?

I must agree, that Rhett is an antagonist. I wouldn't say villain, as he isn't exactly evil, but he is deliberately deceving Ali to make himself look good and the central focus of the episode is to expose him, so yes, I think he CAN be classified as an antagonist. Rhett was mean to Littlefoot so he's a villain, plus he reforms. Cera and Shorty both bullied Littlefoot so they are both villains, yes they reformed near the end of the films.
