A Flyer makes a small appearance in The Land Before Time II: The Great Valley Adventure.
History[]
At the end of the second act of II, Ozzy and Strut try to take eggs from this flyer's nest; however, the kids being loud a distance away gets the flyer's attention, and it is alerted to the presence of thieves at its nest. It chases the two eggstealers into a cave, and is not seen again for the rest of the movie.

- It lets out a sound, which is unusual as most flyers in The Land Before Time don't.
- The flyer, for whatever reason, appears to not have informed the adults about the presence of Ozzy and Strut, for when the adults hear about the eggstealers from Cera, they appear shocked.
