Cree Summer Francks (born July 7, 1969), better known by the name "Cree Summer", was the voice of Lizzie in The Land Before Time XI: Invasion of the Tinysauruses, and also voiced Tippy in the TV episode "The Forbidden Friendship". She is best known for her roles as Numbuh Five (Codename: Kids Next Door/Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall), Penny (Inspector Gadget), Susie (Rugrats and All Grown Up!), Bunny Star (The Patrick Star Show), and Cleo (Clifford the Big Red Dog).
